Hi there, I'm John, a Yorkshire man now living near Penrith NSW.

New to the membership but been reading these pages for many months. I've recently joined the owners club, my Fanfare has been plugged in for 42 hours now and sounds great!

With no need to go into specifics, lets just say I had a bit of a hiccup with my purchase, but thanks to Brian at Decibel Hi-Fi and the crew here my issue was resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible considering the distances involved. Great customer service so only fair to give proper credit where it's due. Thanks to all involved.
