Have you got your telly back yet?

I got a 32 inch flat screen on cable for my wife.
I don't watch TV anymore... cable does not interest me now.
YouTube on the computer is my video now.
I watch news, documentaries, and old movies on Youtube.
DVDs for special movies work great on the MAC.

Sad for an old "TV repairman"...
I have enough TV antenna hardware to set up a small cable company, but no TV signals reach my house in the mountains of KY.

I have the knowledge to set up a "free-to-air" satellite receiver, a 4 to 5 foot dish would work great...
but the internet has usurped that too, making the investment an extravagance.

I also watch very little TV, so I can understand where you are coming from.

I will post a picture of my system later on, but it may not be of much interest on here, as my only Graham Slee product is the Solo Ultra Linear.

The Amplifier is one I built during the first lockdown. It is a dual mono build. I bought most of the bits from Canada for this.

The phono stage is also self built around a PCB a friend designed. It is a hybrid design that I really enjoy the sound if. Having built iy myself makes it a little bit more special.

Then I have a DAC based on an AKM chip, fed by a self assembled HTPC, or an old Pioneer PD-S703.

Then there is my SL1200, which is elsewhere on here.

As promised, a picture of my system....

On the wall shelf is the Funkified SL1200, wearing a Houdini and a Dynavector XX-2.
The top shelf of the rack is my home built hybrid phono stage.
Below that is my Solo UL, DAC and CD Player.
Then we have my Hybrid preamplifier (with built in phono stage).
And at the bottom is the chunky home built power amp which will deliver  240W into 8 ohms, and 360W into 4 ohms.

I plan to add another turntable at a later date, when I find the right one, at the right price.
