@Chivas, I sympathise. I wouldn't like the responsibility of doing that either. I am sure this is why the prices for opening the ear-cup are so expensive. I reckon what Miguel suggests could be the better option. If you explain the problem to Grado they may feel inclined to help you. It is worth a try.
That none should be able to buy or sell without a smartphone and the knowledge in how to use apps
