If anyone is interested, I noticed this review of the Majestic publishes by Paul Rigby on YouTube. Seems realistic and with several quotes from JohnC and the conclusions are very complimentary. It concentrates purely on the DAC capabilities and ignores to lovely analogue processing but maybe that a specialist aspect these days.
Anyway have a look if you wish...

Ah I just went to the website and since Cirrus Logic is no longer making the Wolfson DAC this unit is on it's last leg. There are only a hundred of these units left to purchase, while he keeps a few for service units. If you want it go get it while it lasts”.

An interesting and very complimentary review, well spotted.
Summed up by Paul as 'Wonderful' with nothing in the 'Bad' section.
Many of us long term Majestic users have known this for a while.Smile

So, how many did we make in ten years?

Well, that depends on how many people bought.

I liked the comment: "this one is on its last leg" - really?

The NOS is sufficient to keep it going another ten years for those who seek and find. Because there ain't that many who will.

"The Graham Slee Majestic DAC is a product of independent thought" and such as "World" and all the other "formula press" blotted out independent thought to follow the mainstream, where the money is?

Except, Noel wasn't making any money. "Copy and paste" only works for some. I really liked how Paul explained "World's" demise - how Noel blamed it on the publisher going bust. The publisher was Noel! Wink
