John C to continue HiFi System Components

Cadman Enterprises Ltd takes over the HiFi System Components and Graham Slee brands from Jan 1st 2023.

Not that this is startling news, since John C AKA Cadman Enterprises, has been gradually doing this more and more over the last 7 years.

December 31st will be the last day of the incorporated entity: HiFi System Components Ltd, as I'm retiring as its sole director, closing permanently, and the baton will pass to John C.

Will business appear to be as usual? Yes! Only the trading name changes - the brand and all its products doesn't!

I shall be pottering about as a continuing member on this forum and lending John technical support if he gets stuck.

New designs will happen and the line stage to go with the 70s amp will still get finished.

Aftersales will be looked after by John just like he does now, so existing customers have continuing backup.

New customers have no need for concern - things will just be as if nothing happened.

Happy retirement!
If it's anything like mine, you'll be learning new skills /tools that will further add to your existing wide and in-depth knowledge. Just because you're retiring, the enquiring mind and thirst for knowledge never goes away.

I thoroughly recommend retirement Graham, may it be a long and happy one. And congratulations John, I hope things go from strength to strength. A very happy new year to both of you!

I can thoroughly recommend retirement but don't imagine it will leave more time spare, from experience it just gives greater freedom to choose which task is prioritised.  Enjoy that freedom!

Congratulation Mr C, a trusted pair of hands to take the baton.
