It says on their website Tracking Force is between 1.8 - 2.2g Hope this helps.

Not knowing your turntable I would suggest looking at the manual, On my TT it has three settings each setting is to do with the tracking weight now if your turntable has a turning dial it should have tracking weights marked on it, you then set it to the tracking force you are using. Putting it simply The antiskating setting is the tracking weight. someone here should be able to put it into better words but I did my best.

2 gram downforce is 20mN, so for your TT the thread should be on either the 2nd (up to 19mN downforce) or 3rd (20mN or more) groove of the bias stub. It will need some listening tests to see which is best. The inner grooves are most sensitive to the bias setting.

Hello, basically, you are telling me to set the anti-skating strength to the same extent as the tracking one, therefore more or less also 2 gr.

That's right. Based on Ian's observations I think you'd using the first or second notch on the anti-skate.
