A late update but I was enjoying the listening, and forgot about the forum. The PSU 1 definitely improves the sound, compared to the SMPS, its clearer and somehow better, sorry but my reviewing language is pathetic and I never really get some of the phrases used by the "pros".
Had a play switching the mains cable, definitely a difference, and I even remembered to mark the preferred "top" position. If the suggestion that the sound improves with age wow looking forward to that. All in all a top notch upgrade..........erm where to look next

I'm the same as you when trying to review, I know what I wont to say but it's putting it into words that is the problem for me. HAPPY listening.

I also do use a GramAmp2 Communicator with PSU1 with great success with a Nagaoka MP110 Also heard a few 'higher up the line' GSP amps, but every time went back to the GA2C/PSU1 for the sound I like best in my setup

Well the new PSU1 has now been given SWMBO approval 😁😁.
Herself joined me whilst listening yesterday afternoon, when she left the room to get a puzzle book, I switched the mains cable on the PSU . I waited until part way through the third album and switched it back, a moment or so later, she asked me what I'd just done because it sounds better now I told her it was the new PSU, well I like that, I think next we'll have..... Needless to say I cooked a late tea/supper but an upgrade with approval and no funny looks success 🥳🥳🥳

Do all direct purchases now come with the updated PSU? If I buy a Reflex M with PSU1, will I be getting the latest and greatest?

If you order any item with the PSU1 then it will be the current model. However, if you want the PSU1 Enigma then this is an additional £200 (inc 20%UK VAT). If you're outside the UK the VAT is removed. If you have any questions give me a call on either of the first two numbers shown at the bottom of any page on the website or drop me a PM on here. John C
