The var output level is controlled by the Accession volume control and is aimed at feeding either mono block amplifiers or recording devices.
Assuming you want to continue to use the Integrated amp's volume control, connect the Fixed output of the Accession to any of the Amp's line level 2-5 (ie not the phono) inputs as you have done with the Era Gold.
Happy Listening

Thank you for that Ian...it has put my mind at rest...I don't suppose anyone knows the optimum capacitance setting for a Rega Exact mm cartridge....or am I pushing my luck? :)

Hi Steve, my Rega Exact measures as 163mH self inductance and 150 ohms dc resistance. If your cables are like my P3-24's I recommend you set the AccMM on 100pF (which is what the REga preamps have inside), listen to a few songs. If you find it dull try 220pF, if too bright try 0pF. See which you prefer.

Years ago mine sounded better when I reduced the standard 47k by making up a pair of loading plugs with 47k in each so the combination was about 23k5. I didn't have a Graham Slee preamp back then, now I would reduce the added capacitance to 100pF or 0pF.
