l find it regrettable that some components are only available in black or silver livery & not both. It is a question of taste but for example if all your gear is black a silver component is going to stick out like a sore thumb.

This is a good excuse to replace all your components with our range of silver finish components, and at the same time reap the benefits in great sound! Wink
That none should be able to buy or sell without a smartphone and the knowledge in how to use apps

That way round is not a problem here, but if all your other gear is black and you're after a phonostage I think you're limited to a Genera or an Accession.

Thankyou for the replies, I remember back in the 70's when most stuff was silver. Then come the 80's black became the dominant colour. The silver revival was I think a noughties thing.

And that curious champagne colour some hifi gear had as new...

I have a silver Accession M working now and a black Genera.

Some of that was I think Marantz gear. It would not show if you spilt the champers on it!
